The concept for Game Changer Realty was born in 2018 as a result of years of frustration with the industry’s increasing failure rate. The idea that a brokerage could serve as a conduit to produce a massive change in the industry was novel but necessary. From there, it grew to produce what is today a brokerage driven to change the way the game is played!

I was you.
New to a career in real estate, I chose what I thought was the best brokerage in town. I saw their signs everywhere and I liked their logo. No joke! That was my reason for joining them. I had no idea what to ask or what to look for.
This commenced a 7-year journey of starting, stopping, changing brokerages, searching for a place where I could just be as successful as all the other agents I was seeing around me. In my best year, I sold 7 homes total. This amounted to about $40,000 a year in gross commissions.
Then I went through a major life change that caused me to evaluate what I was doing and whether or not it was making sense. I couldn’t see a future for myself in real estate anymore.
I quit.
For two whole years, I walked in circles from one job to another trying to put my life back together on an hourly wage. I finally landed a job as a listing manager for a successful real estate team. It was there that I got to see a high-functioning team and see what it would take for their agents to make money. I soon realized that all I had been missing was great training, coaching, and support.
So, I reactivated my license and joined that team. I went all in and didn’t look back. One year later, I had sold 21 homes and made $106,000 in gross commission income. My life has never been the same.
And now, my mission inside of Game Changer Realty is to help new agents find their footing faster, make money quickly and change their lives forever!
